Linda serves on the boards of several JSE-listed companies and was recently appointed as Chair of the Public Interest Oversight Board, a public foundation in Spain that monitors setting international technical and ethical standards for auditors in the public interest. She is also an honorary professor (professor in practice) at the University of Johannesburg.
She recently retired as a member of the King Committee, the Investor Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in the USA and as Chair of the Financial Reporting Investigations Panel of the JSE. She serves on the boards of Aspen Holdings Limited, Omnia Holdings Limited and Tongaat Hulett Limited.
