Natasha Goliath currently serves as the Head of Human Capital for both PFA & Alternative Distribution and Cape Free State at Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited since April 2018. Prior to this role, Natasha was a Human Capital Business Partner at MMI Holdings (February 2017 - March 2018) and worked at Ackermans in various HR capacities from March 2014 to January 2017, providing comprehensive HR support to multiple departments. Natasha's extensive HR experience also includes a position as HR Manager at Edcon, where responsibilities included talent sourcing, development, retention, and engagement, as well as roles as HR Consultant and Workforce Scheduling Consultant. Natasha holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resource Management, along with a National Diploma in Human Resource Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Natasha is currently pursuing a PDBA in International Executive Leadership at GIBS Business School, expected to complete in November 2025.
