Mitch Kugler

Mitch Kugler is an experienced leader in national security and corporate strategy, currently serving as a Board Member at Momentus and Managing Partner at Haystack Strategy Partners. Previously, Mitch held the position of Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company and Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Raytheon. Mitch's extensive background includes roles at Boeing, overseeing the integration of advocacy strategies and leading strategic initiatives in missile defense systems. Mitch's career also encompasses significant positions within the United States Senate, focusing on international security and proliferation, as well as foundational roles at The Heritage Foundation and ANSER. An Infantry Officer in the US Army, Mitch's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Arts in National Security Policy Studies from Georgetown University.
