Danielle Keller Osei

Danielle Keller Osei has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Their most recent role is as the Head of Human Capital at Monarch Alternative Capital LP, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at King Street Capital Management for over 11 years as a Senior Human Resources Manager. Danielle managed a team of HR employees and provided counsel to senior leaders globally. Before joining King Street Capital, Danielle was a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Convergex, where they dealt with day-to-day HR matters and change management. Danielle has also worked as an Advisor at Pace University - School of Education and as a Teacher/Team Leader at Teach for America.

Danielle Keller Osei received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Accounting from Tulane University in 2002. Danielle went on to complete a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University from 2006 to 2008.
