Richard T. DiBianca is an experienced asset manager and financial analyst with a strong background in the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Monarch Investment and Management Group since December 2016, Richard has previously held significant roles including Founder and Managing Partner at Pluto Ventures, Inc., where responsibilities included patent development and investor relations in the Oil and Gas industry. Richard's expertise also encompasses managing large portfolios, including over 9,500 LIHTC units at Alden Torch Financial, and providing analytical support for multifamily properties. Richard holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Management and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Philosophy, and History.
