Nicola Harrison

Nicola Harrison is the Executive Director of Industry at Monash College. Nicola has previously worked as the Research Project Director for the Future of Work at RMIT University, the Director of Talent Acquisition for Australia Post, and the Head of Talent, Culture, and Leadership Capability for Kmart Australia Limited. Nicola has also worked as a Recruitment Manager for Medibank and as a Manager for Office Support for Hudson Recruitment.

Nicola Harrison reports to Jo Mithen, CEO. They work with Brett Johnstone - Executive Director, Operations Support, Roshana Nanayakkara - CFO & Company Secretary, and Billie Mertens - Executive Officer & Assistant Company Secretary.
