Dr Ashlee Linck

Dr. Ashlee Linck serves as the Manager of Organisational Development & Learning focusing on Equity and Inclusion, Performance & Transformation at Monash Health since June 2022, while also acting as a Consultant in the same domain. Concurrently, Dr. Linck has been a Lecturer in Management and Marketing at Monash University since December 2015 and is pursuing a PhD. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Marketing and Business Development at Three6, Director of Marketing at the Creative Thinking Institute, and various consulting positions in the healthcare sector. Dr. Linck has extensive marketing experience with Medtronic and Abbott Vascular and has a strong educational background with a PhD in Management from Monash University, an MS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Monash University, complemented by a BA in English from the University of Colorado Boulder.
