Prior to MONAT, Zulima worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from April 2010 to August 2017, holding key positions as Regional Education Manager for several brands and Education & PR Manager for Estee Lauder in Venezuela, where responsibilities included developing effective training strategies and enhancing consumer engagement. Zulima's earlier experience includes client portfolio management at BOD. Zulima holds a Licenciada en Idiomas Modernos and a Bachelor of Languages, Business degree from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.
