Kimberly Kelly has over two decades of experience in customer service and account management within the payments industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Implementation Services at Moneris Solutions since September 2010, Kimberly has also held the position of Team Lead for National Customer Experience Management. Prior experience includes working as a Program Support Manager at Ernex, a division of Moneris Solutions, from February 2005 to September 2010, and as a National Account Manager at Moneris Solutions from 2000 to 2005. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University (1992-1996) and a degree in Early Childhood Education from Sheridan College (1990-1992).
