Jan Silar is currently serving as the Business Director at Monet+ and Switchio by Monet+. Previously, Jan was the Obchodní ředitel at Mikroelektronika spol. s r. o. from 2016 to 2022. Jan holds a degree in Inženýr from Faculty of Economics and Management CZU Prague. Jan's responsibilities include overseeing domestic and international trade, overall company revenues, business and marketing strategy, and leading a team of 13 individuals.
