Libor Dostalek is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology and academia, currently serving as a University Teacher at the Faculty of Informatics of the Czech Technical University since September 2023, where courses on computer networks management are taught in both English and Czech. Dostalek has been an Information Technology Architect at MONET + since October 2019, focusing on projects related to time stamping authorities and qualified electronic signatures. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Architect at CSOB and Head of the Institute of Applied Informatics at the University of South Bohemia, where management of a team of approximately 60 staff members was undertaken. Freelance consulting services included significant projects in cyber security for European High-Speed Railways and contributions to the Czech Accreditation Institute as an eIDAS auditor.
