Joanna Leng is an experienced event operations professional with a robust background in managing large-scale international events and operations. Currently serving as the Event Operations Lead at Money20/20 since February 2023, Joanna previously held various leadership roles at Unbound, including Events Director and Head of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing global operations and leading international event teams. Prior experience includes Project Manager and Project Executive roles focused on logistics and planning for high-capacity conferences, as well as an Operations Executive role at Salvo Global. Joanna began the career as an Assistant Events Executive at Elsevier, demonstrating early expertise in event coordination. Joanna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Singapore Management University and completed earlier education at Nanyang Polytechnic.
