Fiona Rowan

Fiona Rowan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in database management and software development. Notably, Fiona served as a Senior Software Engineer at MongoDB's Atlas, focusing on MongoDB Hosting and Database-as-a-Service from May 2016 to May 2021. Prior roles include Software Engineer and Software Engineering Intern positions at MongoDB, as well as teaching at the Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program, where Fiona contributed to fostering interest in technology among young women. Additional experience includes working as a Developer and Student Advisor at Athena Digital Design Agency, and as a Junior Software Developer at TalenTeck LLC. Fiona holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Columbia Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Barnard College.
