Greg Z.

Greg Z. has a diverse work experience in the field of security engineering and analysis. Greg started their career as an Evidence Handling Analyst at Epiq Systems in April 2013, and worked there until November 2013. In December 2013, they joined CA Technologies as an Associate Security Support Engineer, and was later promoted to the position of Security Support Engineer in June 2015. In July 2016, they transitioned to IEX Group, Inc. as an Information Security Analyst, and then became a Cyber Security Engineer in October 2018. Greg joined MongoDB in September 2019 as a Security Engineer in Detection & Response, and progressed to the roles of Lead and Manager in the same department. Their current position at MongoDB is Manager of Security Engineering Detection & Response, a role they have held since March 2022.

Greg Z. has a Bachelor's degree in Security Systems from Farmingdale State College. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in July 2021.
