Ira Sidorova

Ira Sidorova has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ira started their career in 2014 as a Flight Attendant at EL AL Israel Airlines, where they served for four years. In 2017, they transitioned to Sales Business Development at Patchin Ltd., staying with the company until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Campaign Manager at Brightcom., where they maintained relationships with strategic business partners, analyzed campaign performance, and provided optimization recommendations. In 2020, they joined Appreciate - A Digital Turbine Company as a Customer Success Manager, eventually being promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in 2022. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues.
