Penta Stanley

Penta Stanley is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in international marketing and demand generation. Currently serving as Vice President of International Marketing at MongoDB since February 2025, Penta has previously held senior roles including Chief Marketing Officer at Kalray and Senior Director of International Marketing and Global Demand at Druva. Penta's career includes significant leadership positions at Symantec, where responsibilities spanned EMEA Field & Channel Marketing, Alliance Marketing, and oversight of marketing strategies across multiple regions. Prior experience as a Senior Global Product Manager at Dell Technologies involved managing key vendor relationships and developing international go-to-market plans. Holding a BA in Public Relations/Marketing from Western Kentucky University, Penta also has a foundation in PR and marketing through early roles, including an internship in London.
