Juliet Pacer is a seasoned professional with a robust background in client success and higher education recruitment. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Mongoose since June 2018, Juliet focuses on enhancing communication strategies for colleges and universities while also contributing to the development of Cadence, a prominent texting platform in higher education. Prior to this role, Juliet worked as an Admissions Counselor at Hilbert College, where responsibilities included maintaining communication with prospective students, evaluating applications, and orchestrating admissions events. Juliet also has experience in operational management as an Assistant Manager at Hamburg Palace Theater, and in early childhood education as an Assistant Infant Teacher. Juliet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Hilbert College.
