Taryn Birch

Taryn Birch is a seasoned strategy professional currently serving as a Climatebase Fellow since May 2023, following a longstanding role as Director of Strategy at Monigle, where expertise includes brand purpose definition, identity development, and sustainability integration for a diverse portfolio of clients. Prior experience includes senior strategist and consulting roles at gyro, where Taryn led cross-functional teams and enhanced agency processes, and Fete, focusing on luxury event planning. Taryn began a career as a research assistant at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis & Management from the same institution.
