Jeff Leap

Jeff Leap has worked in the retail industry for over 37 years. Jeff began their career in 1983 at Pier 1, where they held various roles such as General Manager, Training Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager, and New Store Opening Team. In 2017, they joined Papa's Pilar Rum, Hemingway Rum Co. as Merchandise Manager and Store Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Project Development Manager at Monkey In Paradise Premium Vodka.

Jeff Leap attended George Dewey High School, Lake Braddock Secondary, and Northern Virginia Community College.
