In 2011, they became President and CTO of OGi - OGinternational. In 2012, they joined Fixmo as a Senior Architect. In 2014, they founded Monkton Consulting, LLC. Finally, in 2016, Harold S. became Co-Founder and CEO of Monkton, Inc.

Monkton was founded in 2016 by a few engineers wanting to prove that people didn’t need to compromise on user friendly mobile-first systems in order to conform with NSA defined security criteria for highly sensitive and classified systems – that mobile applications as solutions can be better, quicker and more cost effective than legacy IT systems.
