Abisola Onilenla

Abisola Onilenla, MBA, currently serves as the Business Operations and Strategy Lead at Mono, where responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives and optimizing operations to facilitate scalable growth in financial access across Africa. Prior experience includes roles at Branch International, where Abisola managed the underwriting department, significantly improving loan processing efficiency and reducing fraud incidents through analytics and strategic initiatives. Previous positions at Rosabon Financial Services and the Nigerian Army provided extensive experience in credit underwriting and financial management, complemented by a strong academic background with a Bachelor’s from Covenant University and an MBA from the University of Lagos. Abisola also participates in the Clicked Workforce Training Program.
