Michael Allen

Michael joined Monogram in 2018. He advises Monogram on food and beverage brands and takes an active role with portfolio companies in those sectors.

Michael is a 20-year veteran in the food industry, holding senior executive roles in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. He spent 17 years with the Kellogg Company, progressing through various Marketing and Innovation leadership roles.

A member of the Global Leadership Team, Michael was President, Kellogg’s Frozen Foods, which has such iconic brands as Eggo, Morningstar Farms, Gardenburger, and Kashi. He then became President of Morning Foods, with responsibilities for the U.S. Cereal, Pop-Tarts, and Kashi businesses.

Most recently, Michael served as President, Boulder Brands, following the acquisition by Pinnacle Foods. With a passion for food, health, and wellness, Michael currently runs his own advisory firm, Georgian Group LLC.
