Zachary Yao

Zachary Yao is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Wafer Fabrications at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. since July 2008. Yao oversees foundry management, Cu pillar bumping, Spice modeling, and process integration for advanced BCD technology development. Prior to this role, Yao held various positions at HHNEC, including Senior Director of Marketing, focusing on company positioning and new business development, and Director of Logic Technology Development, responsible for new technology initiatives. Earlier in the career, Yao worked at SST and Cypress Semiconductor, contributing to technology development and device engineering. Yao’s educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Semiconductor Device & Physics from Nankai University, a Master's degree in Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology from South China University of Technology, and a Ph.D. from Griffith University.
