We invest in build-to-suit class A, B & C Single Tenant Industrial Properties including equipment rental, building supply, materials, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and logistics. The typical asset is comprised of office and shop space with exterior storage. Our growth includes both the expansion of our tenant profile into the alternative energy sector and expansion of our asset type into commercial office property. Monomoy is focused on single-tenant net leased industrial properties throughout the US specifically targeting critical markets with economic growth. Our goal is to provide streamlined solutions for our tenants’ property needs including site expansions, property maintenance, land procurement and build to suits. We provide a tenant first approach striving to develop deep, lasting relationships with our tenant company teams in order to eliminate their real estate burdens as they look to relocate, expand operations in a market, enter a new market, or pivot their operations. Our team is comprised of real estate professionals with an average of 20 years of experience across finance, project management, operations, and construction. Monomoy’s deep construction experience enables our team to provide expert property development, construction management, design and implementation for tenant companies who need maintenance, renovation and expansion. Our team’s breadth of experience allows us to best serve both our tenant and investor interests.
