Derek Javorek possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Manager II in Talent Acquisition at MonoSol, LLC since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment process across all positions and collaborating with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies. Prior to this role, Derek served as Assistant Employment Manager at Caesars Entertainment from March 2006 to March 2014, overseeing recruitment for food and beverage positions across multiple Las Vegas properties. Derek's career began as a Client Service Specialist at Spherion at Hewitt and Associates, managing temporary staffing for the Annual Enrollment period. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Purdue University Northwest. Additionally, Derek holds a CBAP certification.
