Damir Čaušević is a seasoned professional in the financial technology and payments sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Group CEO of Monri Payments since December 2017, where Monri Payments leads as a regional payment service provider processing 200 million transactions annually with a total value exceeding 3 billion EUR. Čaušević's entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding Money Motion in August 2022 and founding Unique Financial Solutions Ltd in February 2014, focusing on M&A strategy development and business operations consultancy. Čaušević also held positions as an official member of Forbes Technology Council and consultant at SEE Investment Solutions Ltd, and has extensive experience in asset management and financial consulting. Čaušević is pursuing a PhD in Financial Technology and Payments at the School of Economics and Business Sarajevo, complemented by an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor's degree from Griffith College Dublin.
