Matthew began their career at Merrill Lynch Capital in 2005, where they served as a Vice President for three years. In 2008, they joined Madison Capital Funding as a Vice President, and then moved to Beverly Capital LLC in 2010, where they served as a Principal for four years.
In their current role at Monroe Capital, Matthew is responsible for leading the firm's healthcare finance practice. Matthew has helped the firm invest over $2 billion in healthcare companies across the United States.
