Prior experience at Oliver Wyman from January 2011 to June 2016, progressing from Consultant intern to Associate, included managing teams on various strategic projects across sectors such as telecommunications, chemicals, and real estate. Victor holds a Master's degree from ESSEC Business School, complemented by exchange programs at Fudan University and Universidad de Los Andes.
