Yi Wang

Yi Wang is an experienced talent strategist currently working at Montagu since June 2023, focusing on the development and execution of talent strategies aligned with business goals. Prior to this role, Yi Wang served as the Talent Acquisition lead at Evelyn Partners from June 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included transforming the talent acquisition function post-merger and engaging with C-level executives to implement effective strategies. A significant portion of Yi Wang's career was spent at Citi, holding various vice president positions from 2014 to 2021, including overseeing contingent workforce recruitment and managing non-employee resourcing across EMEA.
