David Lyon

David Lyon is a seasoned professional in the field of data sciences and proteomics, currently serving as Senior Scientist and Group Lead at Monte Rosa Therapeutics since May 2021. Prior to this role, David held the position of Staff Scientist at the University of Zurich's Institute for Molecular Life Sciences and the Swiss Institute for Bioinformatics from March 2018 to June 2021. David's experience also includes a postdoctoral research role at Københavns Universitet from April 2015 to February 2018 and a PhD candidacy at the University of Vienna, where a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics was obtained (2009-2015). David started academic training with a Master of Science in Biology at the University of Vienna, completed in 2009.
