Marta Klimowicz

Marta Klimowicz is the Chief Growth Officer at Monterail, where responsibilities include demand generation strategy, market identification, and collaboration across departments to ensure sustainable growth. With over 12 years of experience in software development and a strong foundation in marketing, Marta has also held positions such as Head of Growth and Head of Marketing at Monterail, and has taught courses on online marketing and product marketing at various universities. Additionally, Marta mentors international start-ups, advises on diversity in technology through Dare IT, and has contributed as a co-organizer for marketing events. Marta holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Sociology of Internet and an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology, as well as completed leadership training at the Center for Leadership.
