Vivian Hsia Davis has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently a faculty member at Montgomery College, Vivian has previously served as the Managing Principal at Summer Group and held prominent positions such as Human Resources Executive at Hospice of Washington County, Chief People Officer at Capital Caring, and Vice President of Human Resources at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center. Vivian's educational background includes a program in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from American University, which is ICF accredited, along with studies at Towson University.
