Allison Hutchcroft is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in education and contingent workforce management. Currently serving as the Lead Account Manager at Monument Consulting since September 2020, Allison has advanced through various roles, utilizing expertise in providing tailored workforce solutions. Prior to Monument Consulting, Allison spent over six years as a Teacher with Henrico County, where responsibilities included developing engaging lessons, managing classrooms, and collaborating with educational teams. Additionally, experience as a Summer School Teacher reinforced skills in fostering 21st-century learning. Earlier roles at Virginia Tech as a Writing Center Coach involved enhancing students' writing clarity and format. Allison holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in English, both from Virginia Tech.
