Fallon Jones

Fallon Jones is an experienced account manager at Monument Consulting since July 2023, where responsibilities include customizing Contingent Workforce solutions. Previously, Fallon served as a recruiter at Insight Global from June 2022 to July 2023 and held the position of PepsiCo Sales Management Intern at FRITO LAY during the summer of 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a sales floor associate at Madewell from February 2020 to April 2021 and serving as the Vice President of Event Management for the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority from November 2019 to November 2020. Fallon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics with a concentration in International Business from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and a high school diploma from Lambert High School.
