Tye Kuyper

Tye Kuyper, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Monument Health since January 2017. Tye has extensive experience in human resources, having previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country and HR Director at Isis Hospitality. As Owner and Marketing Director of Alternative Health Care Center, Tye has been instrumental in addressing the HR needs of small businesses through consulting. Tye's background also includes roles as Director of Recruiting and Development at Northwestern Mutual and HR Manager/Consultant at Prairie Berry Winery. Tye is a past president of the Black Hills Society for Human Resource Management and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Fontbonne University.
