Annalea O'Halloran currently serves as the Head of Group HR Business Partners at Monument Re Group since June 2020, following roles as Group Senior HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Annalea was the HR Lead for the Children’s Health Foundation during the merger of CMRF and Temple Street Foundation from September 2019 to May 2020. Annalea's experience includes a position as Senior HR Business Partner at EY, HR Business Partner at Lucozade Ribena Suntory, and various HR roles at Kellogg Company, including HR Business Partner for the European Supply Chain. Earlier in Annalea's career, HR roles were held at Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board and PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited. Annalea holds an Hons BA Degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland and a National Certificate in Business Studies from the same institution, as well as additional education from University College Dublin.
