Alaa Shehab

Alaa Shehab is a skilled Backend Engineer currently working at Monzo Bank since February 2021. Previous experience includes software engineering internships at Google, where Alaa contributed to the Google Play console and Android development in 2020 and 2019, respectively. In 2017, Alaa completed a research internship at the City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications, focusing on Human-Computer Interaction and Intangible Cultural Heritage. Additionally, Alaa participated in an algorithms training program at the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, emphasizing competitive programming techniques. Alaa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, obtained in 2020, and completed high school at El Nasr Girls College in the Science Section.
