Aron Barta

Aron Barta is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at Monzo Bank since January 2025. Prior to this role, Aron held similar positions at Honest Burgers Ltd from August 2022 to January 2025 and Proportunity as a Finance Analyst from December 2021 to August 2022. Aron's career began at Grant Thornton UK LLP as an Audit Associate from November 2018 to January 2022, and included a brief stint as a Private Equity Analyst at BXR Partners LLP in late 2016. Early experiences also include a role as Next Gen at HSBC and an internship at ERM: Environmental Resources Management. Aron completed the ACA with ICAEW between 2018 and August 2021 and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration at UCL in 2018, following a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Nottingham from 2013 to 2016. Education was initiated at Highgate School, where studies took place from 2011 to 2013.
