Dave Richardson

Dave Richardson has an extensive work experience in the field of technology recruitment. Dave is currently the Director of Hiring, Business & Technology at Monzo Bank since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Deliveroo from February 2017 to February 2021, where they started as the Head of Technology Recruitment and later became the Global Head of Recruitment, overseeing recruitment on the non-tech side and successfully growing the business recruitment team. Before Deliveroo, Dave worked at Twitter as the EMEA Technology Recruitment Lead from May 2015 to May 2016. Dave also gained valuable experience at Facebook as a Technology Recruiter from September 2012 to May 2015 and at Google as a Technology Recruiter from December 2010 to September 2012. In addition, they had a role as a Technology Recruiter at the BBC from June 2010 to December 2010. Dave's career began at ReThink Recruitment in December 2009, where they established a Public Sector presence in Yorkshire and was responsible for full recruitment life cycle with IT candidates. Prior to that, they worked at Venn Group as a Technology Recruiter from October 2007 to September 2009, where they transformed a cold FTSE 100 account into the largest across Venn Group's London private sector IT business unit. Dave's early career involved working as a Planning Analyst at Volkswagen from June 2005 to June 2006, where they were responsible for setting targets, creating a prospectus, and assisting with the launch of a new model.

Dave Richardson attended Loughborough University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Sciences.
