Lohit Kalburgi

Lohit Kalburgi currently serves as the Transformation and International Growth leader at Monzo Bank, focusing on customer needs and innovative financial solutions. Previously, Kalburgi held the role of Chief Transformation Officer at ASB Bank, overseeing strategy development and change delivery, and also served as Executive General Manager for Corporate Strategy and Customer Experience. With extensive board experience, Kalburgi represented ASB Bank on the Boards of the ASB Waterfront Theatre and Payments NZ Limited. Prior roles include Managing Director at BBVA, Design & Digital Director at Barclays, and various leadership positions at BT and Vodafone New Zealand. Kalburgi's education includes an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and a Master of Science in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design.
