With a strong background at Metro Bank, where multiple leadership roles were undertaken, and prior experience at Barclays Bank and Activision, Pete has developed a robust skill set in people operations and strategic HR. Pete's educational background includes a degree in Psychology & Sociology from the University of East Anglia, a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from BPP Business College, and recent training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Essentials from the Association for Psychological Therapies.
