Thibault Martin-Lagardette

Thibault Martin-Lagardette currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Monzo Bank since September 2024, leading the Security collective to enhance protections against malicious threats. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Engineering at Cloudflare, overseeing teams focused on Zero Trust On-Ramps, and as a Senior Engineering Manager at CrowdStrike, where Thibault led mobile security initiatives for CrowdStrike Falcon and contributed to the strategic direction of mobile projects. Thibault has also held engineering positions at Bromium, Skype, and Apple, emphasizing expertise in security and software development across platforms. Thibault holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from EPITECH.
