Natalia Sowe

Natalia Sowe has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Natalia is currently the Senior Global HR Director - Business Partnering at Mood Media, where they are responsible for creating emotional connections between brands and consumers through various solutions. Prior to this role, they served as the Global HR Director - Corporate Functions at Element Materials Technology, overseeing strategic HR initiatives across various regions. Natalia has also held positions such as Human Resources Manager EMEA at Amec Foster Wheeler, HR Advisor AMEA at Petrofac Facilities Management Limited, and HR Executive - Development Director Group at Veolia UK. Before transitioning into HR roles, Natalia worked as an Executive Search consultant at Heidrick & Struggles.

Natalia Sowe attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Law and Criminal Justice (LLB) degree. In 2013, they pursued further education at MOL Training to obtain a degree in Human Resource Practice (CIPD) from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their GCSEs at Sir Thomas Picton School, Haverfordwest, from 1995 to 2000. Recently, in 2021, Natalia Sowe attended Roffey Park Institute for a brief period to study Human Resources Development.
