Max Espley has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Max started their career as a Journals Marketing Executive at the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2006. Max then worked as an HE Product Manager at Hodder & Stoughton from 2007 to 2010. Max then joined CRU as a Senior Marketing Executive from 2010 to 2011.

Max later worked at Palgrave Macmillan as a Campus Sales and Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2012. Max then moved to the Royal Society of Chemistry where they served as an International Marketing Manager - Librarians and Corporates from 2012 to 2014.

Following that, Max worked as a Sales & Marketing Consultant and Copywriter as a freelancer from 2014 to 2016. Max then became the Head of Marketing (Global) at Future Science Group from 2015 to 2016.

Max's next role was as a Sales/Business Development Manager at McGraw-Hill Education from 2017 to 2019, where they achieved over 100% of their sales target. Max then joined Pearson as a Key Account Manager HE from 2019 to 2022, where they managed key accounts and developed long-term partnerships with institutions.

Currently, Max is working as a Channel Manager, APAC at Moodle. Max'srole involves growing partner businesses and recruiting partners in the APAC and Canada region to ensure the financial sustainability of the company.

Max Espley attended the University of Exeter from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in French and Classics.
