From 1999 to 2001, Nailma was the Retail Chain Manager at Maxicolor, assisting international companies in Brazil with market research, business development, and trade missions. Nailma also worked as an Event Manager at Cia dos Eventos from 1996 to 2001, conducting market research, business development, and trade mission organization with a team of experts.

Nailma Bispo dos Santos attended Stanford University from 2012 to 2013, where they participated in the Summer School program focusing on American Culture. Prior to that, they studied French Studies at Université libre de Bruxelles from 2004 to 2007, earning a Level 5 degree.
