Gina Kirchner

Gina Kirchner, MBA, serves as the Special Assistant to the Vice President and Dean of Student Life and Enrollment at Moody Bible Institute since October 2019, with previous roles including Assistant to the Vice President and Dean of Student Life and Assistant to the General Counsel. Prior to this, Gina held the position of Senior Director of Risk Management/Risk Manager at Navy Pier, Inc., where responsibilities included directing risk management operations and overseeing claims management. From November 1999 to July 2011, Gina was a Risk Manager/Risk Management Analyst at MPEA, managing claims processing, insurance renewals, and vendor contract terms. Earlier experience includes working as a Workers Compensation Specialist, focusing on strategies for injured workers’ return to work. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Dallas Theological Seminary (2023-2028), an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University (2014-2016), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Kaplan University (2011-2014).
