Emma Tamplin

Emma Tamplin is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Human Resources at Moog Inc. since January 2021, Emma has held multiple senior positions within the company, including Group HR Director and Strategic HRBP/Corporate HR Project Lead. Prior to this, Emma was the Vice President of Human Resources at Concentric AB and HR Director for Intelligence and Cyber International at L3Harris Technologies. Emma's career began in 1999 at The Football Association and has included key roles at Dyson, InterCall, and Moog Inc., with a strong emphasis on global talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Emma holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster.
