Holly Droney, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Corporate HR Director at Moog Inc., where strategic HR leadership is provided to executive and senior business partners, focusing on organizational development and talent management. With extensive experience in various roles, Holly previously held positions such as Senior Talent Manager at KeyBank, Human Resources Director at First Niagara Bank, and Senior Human Resources Partner at HSBC, contributing to talent management and organizational objectives in large financial institutions. Holly began a career in HR as a Human Resources Partner at Home Depot and has also managed training and development at Account Solutions Group. An entrepreneur, Holly owned Family Passages and Career Development Seminars, delivering HR consultation and training. Holly holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Daemen University.
