Christie Wright is a seasoned professional in the design industry with extensive experience in art direction and creative leadership. Currently serving as the Art Director at Moooi since January 2018, Christie previously held significant roles at Marcel Wanders, including Associate Creative Director and Head of Brand Design. As a Partner and Owner of Elasticbrand, LLC, from 2006 to January 2012, Christie contributed innovative design solutions. Additional experience includes product design at West Elm, visiting artist at EKWC, and adjunct professor at Parsons School for Design. Christie began the professional journey as a stylist at Edelkoort Inc / Trend Union and as a freelance designer at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Academic credentials include an MFA in Industrial & Identity Design from Design Academy Eindhoven and an MFA in Ceramic Arts from Cranbrook Academy of Art.
