Mithun S Nair began their work experience in 2014 as a Senior Consultant at Sutherland Global Service Limited, where they gained exposure to various areas such as billing and customer support while assisting customers with their challenges. Mithun then worked as an Administrator at Gateway Institute & Recruitment Services from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Mithun joined Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd. (BYJU's) as a Business Development Associate, where they interacted with customers, explained product details, and supported sales efforts in the Middle East. Since 2019, they have been at Moolya, starting as a Sales Operations Specialist and later becoming a Manager - Sales Ops. In this role, they coordinate the marketing and sales teams, optimizes data sets and sales applications, and ensures the efficient delivery of Moolya's services to customers.

Mithun S Nair completed their Higher Secondary education in Science and Maths at NSS Higher Secondary School Alakode from 2002 to 2009. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at KMCT College of Engineering from 2009 to 2013.
